Anoush Dowlatshahi, Partner

Anoush has extensive international experience managing different size businesses,focused on delivering sales growth, whilst managing high performing leadership teams across EMEA & North America. He has worked for leading global technology companies across the hardware, software & services sector. He acquired these skills over 30 years as lead executive in large deal enterprise pursuits, holistically managing all global sales channels, product & services lifecycle management initiatives, as well as leading on new business & product innovations projects.

He has a strong reputation for his professionalism and integrity and is fully committed to delivering the task. He believes strongly in the importance of building mutually beneficial relationships for all key stakeholders and that when people and teams are engaged and empowered at all levels, they outperform and deliver outstanding results each and every time. He passionately believes that to deliver predictable sales outcome and profitable revenue growth, senior executives need to have effective & pervasive sales operational processes.

Anoush is the Lead Partner for all Customer centric advisory services, with specific focus on customer engagement pursuits, lead management to sales pipeline conversion, omni-channel engagement, customer on-boarding, customer retention, as well as being the lead on all Product Lifecycle Management services. His focus is always customer, and Anoush will work with you to deploy successful customer engagement strategies that deliver significant top line sales growth, retention, and loyalty for your business.

Joe Browne, Partner

Joe has worked with Public and Private companies across a wide range of industries primarily in the Technology, Telecoms and Retail sectors. Having led businesses as a CEO, CFO, COO, and Functional Leader, Joe has initiated and implemented major change and restructuring throughout his career. He is as comfortable in the corporate board room as he is in field and functional operations and understands business large and small from grass roots.

He has a market reputation for setting good strategy and ensuring perfect implementation, and it is that customer focus that provides the trust necessary to undertake and deliver major initiatives. As well as directly leading large and medium size organisations, Joe has worked as an advisor to executives who want to really instil operational excellence across their businesses and their people. He deeply understands the balance needed across People, Process and Technology and the power of getting all three aligned and integrated on the ground.

Joe is the Lead Partner on Strategy and Operations and has the demonstrated experience to connect and organise these. He ensures the downstream business operations and functional teams are integrated and optimised, and the organisation is primed to deliver. His wide experience provides a strong intuition for the right decisions, but that is backed up with a passion for ensuring the data and the detail is understood.

Directing large multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams he led critical operations to deliver innovative products and solutions to customer needs, boosting market share, revenue and multimillion profits for international blue-chip organisations.

John regularly advises commercial and governmental decision-makers across a broad range of business and technology issues and has a reputation as a knowledgeable and visionary strategist.

Believing in the African proverb “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together” he is passionate about building and developing high performing teams and organisations. Always at the forefront of the latest technological innovations and solutions John is the Lead Partner on Technology and People.
